There is no fee to be paid to install the app on a device. Also we do not charge a fee for a user to set up an alert.
After an alert is triggered on user's device, if a user chooses us to do the relevant state filing, then the user needs to pay for the required state filing fee where the entity is registered. In addition, the user also pays a fee for our service. The state filing fee that a user pays is forwarded to State processing. If the filing is approved by state that fee is not refundable. Also, we incur costs to personalize and complete the filing process. Because of this, once money is received, we do not offer refunds for any customized work.
Circumstances including but not limited to leading to changing of user's mind after the order is submitted to us because of events such inaccurate information provided by the user, backing out of a member/ manager/ officer or not understanding the terms of service or other such events are beyond our control. Even though unfortunate we cannot be responsible for such circumstances. As such, please be aware that we cannot and do not offer refunds for our services.
A refund is issued only if State of registration of user's entity rejects a filing. In such a case, our processing fee will be deducted (not refunded) and any amount refunded by state of registration will be refunded back to the user's credit card.
